It’s been a minute since I shared my must-haves, and let me tell you – I’ve missed it. I recently asked my Instagram community what they’d like to see from me on the blog and this was the most-requested feature. This week’s collection of must-haves is perfect for the chilly temps (and quarantine times).
The Perfect Robe
Dropping temps just beg for the perfect robe. I’ve been on the hunt for a new one for what feels like forever and finally took this plunge on this luxe 100% French terry robe. While it’s beautifully-designed with thoughtful details like a sewn-in belt and deep pockets, it feels like you’re wearing your favourite sweatshirt. This Canadian-designed robe is going to top my gifting list for the holidays! All You Are The Robe , $140
Smooth Lip Salve
Ward off dry lip season by adding this comforting, subtly-scented balm to your arsenal ASAP. Rose flower oil, emollient oils and vitamin E create a soothing blend for your pout that hydrates like none other. My lips have never been softer. Plus, it’s pink! Fresh Petal-Soft Deep Hydration Lip Balm , $32
Cuticle oil is one of those things you know you should do but rarely prioritize. I get it. Make things easier on yourself (and help your dry cuticles out) with this multi-purpose solid oil balm stick from Sally Hansen. It’s no-mess, which makes it perfect for on-the-go hydration. Simply smooth it on over your cuticles or other rough spots and massage in. Sally Hansen CuticleREHAB Oil Balm, $9.99
Staticky hair is a hallmark of the season, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Created to use on wet hair – but my favourite thing to run through dry hair for a polished look – this serum is weightless and helps to smooth hair. It smells phenomenal, but not overpowering, and makes your hair shine like none other. Glassy, never greasy, and a mainstay on my vanity for years. Kristin Ess Hair Weightless Shine Working Serum, $17.99
The Ultimate Cardi
Bring on all the cozy cardis with bonus points for a little flash. I love this subtly sexy cardi in the perfect pastel lilac hue. The boxy, oversize fit and low v-neck make it a bit casual but the sparkly rhinestone buttons add the oomph I’m always looking for. Paired with a lacy cami, skinny jeans and booties, it makes for the ideal fall outfit. Rhinestone-button Cardigan , $39.99
One more thing – if you’re in serious closet clean-out mode like I am thanks to the season changing, do yourself a favour and sign up for Poshmark Canada. The fees are a bit high but I’ve had a lot of success selling and shipping is simple & foolproof. You can find my Poshmark closet here and if you decide to sign up, use code WELLCOLLECTED to save $15.
