There’s a certain comfort and satisfaction that comes with learning your face and being able to make yourself presentable in 5 minutes flat. That said, let’s not forget that I’m a beauty lover and, as is normal for my species, love to test new products and looks.

With a little nudge from Revlon, I’m giving the Stockholm look they’ve created with their Fall 2014 collection a try. Read on to find out how to create the look yourself then enter to win a full set of products so you can give it a try!

How To:

Begin by sweeping Revlon ColorStay ShadowLinks in Bone over the entire eyelid and up to the brow.

Apply Revlon ColorStay Skinny LIquid Liner in Blackout, starting at the middle of the lashline and extending straight outwards past the outer corner.

Apply Onyx starting at the inner corner of the eye and covering the lid. Smoky!

Curl your lashes then wiggle Revlon Bold Lacquer Mascara in Blackest Black through them. Add mascara to your bottom lashes for extra drama.

Revlon Bold Lacquer Mascara Review

Slick on a coat of Revlon ColorStay Moisture Stain in Stockholm Chic, a burnt red. If you want to add a little extra colour to your face, I dotted some on the apples of my cheeks and blended out for a sheer wash of colour.

You’re done! Complete the look by painting your nails with Ace of Spades (a murky grey) or Double Down (a metallic copper) and seal with Revlon ColorStay Gel Envy Diamond Top Coat.

Recreating this look gave me an opportunity to test some new products and also reconnect with some old favourites. I’ve been wearing the Revlon ColorStay Moisture Stains since the beginning of summer, but I never would have picked up this shade. It’s pretty foxy!

I’ve been pretty loyal to a certain liquid liner, but I’ve found myself reaching for the Revlon ColorStay Skinny Liquid Liner in Blackout all week long. It’s matte, you guys. Matte! It’s also incredibly easy to apply – the brush is super-skinny and glides along effortlessly. If your lids are a bit crinkly, make sure to pull up to get a smooth line.
