Weekly Enabler Report

Well, it’s been a week to say the least. In advertising, any season can turn into a busy season, but it’s been pretty much go-go-go since I arrived at my “new” job last May. This past week has been one of the craziest yet which means, spoiler, a lot of online shopping to de-stress…and plan my wardrobe for our upcoming honeymoon! I think you’ll love this week’s finds.

A piece from Oscar De La Renta’s final collection
Oscar De La Renta final collection - mikado garden dress
After my near miss Oscar De La Renta wedding dress experience, I’ve been wanting to add a piece from the famed designer’s final collection to my closet. Owning a piece of Oscar always felt like something I’d do later on, but it’s important to me to try and get a piece that he designed himself. So, I’ve ramped up my timelines. I’ve got my eye on the English Garden Print dress in Mikado Silk – isn’t it stunning?
Rifle Paper Co. Spring Safari iPhone 6 Case
Rifle Paper Co and Paper Crown collaboration 9- iphone case
Did you know that Lauren Conrad’s upscale brand, paper crown & Rifle Paper Co. are collaborating? They are! The collection includes everything from the adorable note cards I picked up during the Shopbop Sale to clothing and accessories – like this iPhone 6 case! I won’t be upgrading my device for a few months, but I just had to have this. Pick it up at Anthropologie for ~$38.
Banana Republic Skinny Ankle Jeans
Banana Republic Skinny Ankle Jean
I’ve been looking for a new pair of jeans for so long and I’ve finally found a style that makes me want to toss what’s in my closet and re-stock in every wash. I tried on the Banana Republic Skinny Ankle Jeans on a whim and ended up leaving with two washes – medium & distressed. I’ll probably be back for the white, black & dark wash – they’re that good. They have just the right amount of stretch and are so comfortable while still looking polished. Give them a try!
Pink Tartan Lace Boxy Sleeve Shirt in Ivory
Pink Tartan Lace Shirt
This is the ultimate desk-to-drinks spring/summer top. My mom surprised me with it – she thought it would be perfect for our honeymoon – and I insisted on wearing it the next day. A thicker, structured lace, this button-down short sleeve shirt looks polished yet easy. I paired it with jeans for work but could also tuck it into a skirt or wear it with my scalloped red shorts in Cannes. It’s so easy to dress up or down!
Marisol Maxi Dress
Marisol Dress Review
This is a bit of a sneak peek at my honeymoon wardrobe, but this dress is too fab not to share. This maxi has a fitted top and is lightly pleated at the waist. I love that it’s so easy to wear casually or dress up enough to be worn to a summer wedding. The pattern is simply stunning in person – I’ll be pairing it with a light cardigan, some silver & gold jewelry and flats as we stroll along the beach in Nice. Pick it up at Anthropologie before it sells out!

So – what’s on your wishlist? xo
