Weekly Enabler Report

Hello! Long time no talk. Well, at least long time no Enabler Report. As much as I try to share things weekly, sometimes life (or my shopping / PR patterns) get in the way and I end up hoarding products to talk about instead. Speaking of how I choose products for this report…

I posted a really interesting article about blogging over the weekend which made me feel like I should tell you a bit more about how products get onto the Weekly Enabler Report. Long story short: If I like it, it’ll probably end up here. There aren’t any sponsored opportunities for this, which means I never get paid for placing a product into this series. A lot of the time, I feature items that I’ve purchased myself but I also feature items that I’m sent that are a good fit. I really value my money and I know you value yours, so I’d never want to steer you in the wrong direction for a paycheque or make you feel like my opinion is for sale (it’s not). Go forth and shop!

Weekly Enabler Report - Stephanie Fusco

I was sent this Benefit Cheekathon Blush & Bronzer Palette last week and knew in a second I’d have to share it with you. I’ve been a big fan of the Benefit box o’powder offerings for years and this palette features – wait for it – five full-size powders. FULL SIZE. The kit is $75 but the powders individually would be worth $188, so I’d say it’s a great deal. Also – the packaging. Benefit always makes me squeal with their sassy, girly packaging.

Benefit Cheekathon Worth it?

Benefit powders Cheekathon Palette in Canada review

The palette features Dandelion, Hoola (my favourite matte bronzer – perfect for contouring), Rockateur (rose gold!), Dallas and Coralista (the perfect summer peachy hue). At one point or another, I’ve owned all of these aside from Dallas so I can vouch that they’re unreal. I love that this kit not only has every cheek colour you could need but it’s also in a more pack-able format than the individual boxes. Perfect for travel and your vanity.

Vaseline Rose Tins Metallic Gold Bobby Pins NYX Wonder Pencil Review

Mike picked up this Vaseline Lip Therapy in Rosy Lips for me when I had a monster sinus infection a few weeks ago. Spoiler alert: mouth breathing results in the grossest lips ever. Rosy Lips instantly soothes your lips and also adds the sweetest hint of rosy colour. For a DIY lip scrub, I put on a thicker layer and then rub on some white sugar.

NYX Wonder Pencil makes you look alive and is basically magic. I use it to enhance my cupid’s bow, brighten my inner corners, carve out my brows, line my waterline, spot-treat any redness. It’s a jack-of-all-trades for only a few dollars.

Goody Bobby Pins are a staple, but I picked up these “blonde” metallic pins for the golden finish! I’ve been wearing them in threes to pin back pieces of hair in a chic way.

Nuxe Huile Progideuse Review Canada

I rediscovered the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse this weekend when dressing for a family wedding. I picked up in a tiny pharmacie in Nice during our honeymoon and somehow let it go un-used over the last year. This multi-purpose oil gives the most beautiful sheen for your skin and will become your secret weapon over the summer. It gives you that red-carpet skin look without glitter, shimmer or an oil slick. It’s one of those cult favourites that’s actually worth the hype.

TooFaced Peach palette swatch review

Too Faced Peach swatches review favourite shadesI debated about whether to share this last one since it’s completely sold out, but I love it so much that I couldn’t resist. Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette is my new favourite and is way more wearable than you might think from looking at the shades! It smells like peaches, is in adorable ombre peach packaging and the shadow quality is excellent. I find myself gravitating towards Georgia, Nectar (so gorgeously metallic when used with a bit of Fix-It), Peach Pit + Bless Her Heart (a mossy green). If you can find it or borrow it…do it.

That’s all for now! Hope you have a great week xo
