Currently Coveting: Rifle Paper Co. Rugs & Pillows

If you love all things Rifle Paper Co., buckle up & ready your credit card. After filling our homes with everything from prints to aprons, Anna Bond has released a brand new line of Rifle Paper Co. rugs and pillows! I’ll leave you to swoon for a moment…

The collection boasts 40 pieces, with rugs priced from $50(USD) and pillows from $20. Along with the gorgeous, bold florals you’d expect, some of the rugs also feature smaller-scale traditional small floral prints in muted shades. The pillows similarly range from bold colours to the more muted gold foil prints we’ve come to love from Anna. Suffice to say: if you love Rifle Paper Co., you’re going to love this collection.

Rifle Paper Co. Rugs

The Rifle Paper Co. rug collection really does have something for everyone – and at every price point. Using a variety of production techniques including screen-printing and wool-looming has kept prices down, starting at a very reasonable $50 and ranging up to about $1300 for a large rug power-loomed in Turkey. Here are a few of my favourites from each collection.

Palais Collection

This collection is the most vintage-inspired of the rugs, using more traditional rug motifs along with Rifle Paper Co. patterns. I love the idea of adding one of the runners to our main floor hallway to warm it up and add some style to the original tiles.

Luxembourg Rug (from $50) available in black, rose & stone.

Terrace Rug (from $50), available in Dove, Indigo & Blue

Meadow Rug (from $50), available in Snow, Navy & Crimson.

Les Fleurs Collection

If you’re a Rifle lover, this will probably be the collection that grabs you most. Hello, Juliet roses! Big florals steal the show in these wool-hooked rugs. I’m coveting the Juliet Wreath rug for our dining room.

Juliet Rose Wreath Rug (from $100), available in Indigo, Ivory & Blue

Juliet Rose Bouquet Rug (from $100), available in Blush & Black

Floral Vines Rug (from $100) available in Ivory & Indigo

Nairi Collection

The priciest of the three collections, the Nairi collection features rugs made in Turkey via power-loom. They lean more towards a vintage-traditional look and will stand the test of time beautifully.

Aster Rug (from $190) available in Neutral & Black

Wildwood Midnight Rug (from $190)

Rifle Paper Co. Pillows

If you’re looking for a decor swap with a lesser impact on your budget, switching up your throw pillows is usually the way to go. Their ability to change the look of a room is second to none. I’m coveting quite a few of these Rifle Paper Co. pillows, but I’m probably going to hold out until that gorgeous blush pink embroidered pillow in the first image up top comes out (apparently in 2019). It’s perfect for our family room!

The Juliet Rose pillow ($20) is a versatile and bright pillow featuring my favourite Rifle Paper Co. motif.

Embroidery adds a little something extra to a lumbar pillow. This one would be perfect on our chair-and-a-half.  Blue Botanical Embroidered Pillow ($60)

The collection is currently available for pre-order and will begin shipping in November. Canadians, don’t fret – international shipping is available! It’s not abhorrently expensive either:¬†shipping to Canada clocked in at $61 for the largest and most expensive rug (a $1300 8’10 x 12″).

If you’re waffling a bit, try to make a decision quickly – some of my favourite styles have already sold out!
